Co-Founder

Amy works at the intersection of communications, emergency response, and sustainability to support clients manage risk. With two decades of experience translating complex issues into clear and decision-useful content, Amy has led high-stakes initiatives in crisis and steady-state settings for a range of organizations, including government, non-profit, and private sector clients.

Amy is certified in project management and sustainability and has received agency awards for her performance serving on emergency response teams during international disasters.

Alyssa Smith

Alyssa is a program management professional whose two decades of experience focuses on utilizing information to create purposeful communication, navigate change, and bring about results.  Drawing on a background of managing teams in complex business and emergency environments, Alyssa specializes in communications geared toward operational effectiveness, organizational transition, and high-pressure settings.

Working with a range of organizations, from small nonprofits to multimillion-dollar contract teams, Alyssa excels at tailoring information to specific audiences and their needs.  Her combination of communications expertise and project management acumen lends itself to producing deliverables with strategic vision, actionable messaging, and clear purpose.
